The main car available will be the LM3D Swim, which went from rendering to reality in just a matter of months. Which is much quicker than the typical car.<br \/>\nLocal Motors is currently building a micro manufacturing facility in Knoxville, Tennessee where it will produce the cars. They plan to have this finished by the end of 2015 and would like to start delivering cars in early 2017. The LM3D Swim will have a sticker price of around $53,000.
