PassKit provides a cloud-based platform for creating, issuing, updating, and managing digital wallet passes such as loyalty cards, coupons, tickets, and membership cards.

Billing and payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, Inc. PassKit receives limited billing-related information (such as contact details, billing address, and payment reference data). Billing, invoicing, refunds, and charge disputes are governed by our Subscription Service Agreement and Refund Policy, which apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.
When PassKit processes personal information as part of Customer Data submitted to or processed through the PassKit Platform, we act as a data processor or service provider on behalf of the customer.
