Pass volume
Two pricing models for two distinct pass types.
Multi-use passes support ongoing programmes such as membership, loyalty, and gift cards, and are billed by the number of records in your account. Single-use passes support tickets, coupons, and boarding passes, and are billed by the number issued that month.

Multi-use pass rates
Your billable total is the highest number of multi-use pass records in your account at any point during the billing month.
- Examples include loyalty cards, membership cards, gift cards, and policy passes.
- A multi-use pass record is created each time a loyalty, membership, gift, or policy pass is issued.
- Where the number of records changes during the month, the highest count determines the billable total.
- Pass records are automatically deleted 90 days after expiry, unless you delete them sooner.

Your billable total is the single-use pass records created during each billing month.
- Examples include coupons, event tickets, and boarding passes.
- A single-use pass record is created each time a coupon, event ticket, or boarding pass is issued.
- At the end of each billing month, your billable total is the number of single-use pass records created during that month.
- Single-use pass records are automatically deleted 90 days after expiry.

- Single-use pass
- A temporary pass such as a coupon, event ticket, or boarding pass that is billed based on issuance volume during the month.

- Invoices are billed monthly in arrears based on the relevant platform and pass-volume totals.
