Not only does Slack make having simple one on one conversations easy, but it also keep everyone informed on what’s going on in all parts of the business. Being able to have different channels allows for teams to communicate with each other while eliminating the need to have many different meetings or even to pull someone aside just to share an idea.
Slack also makes file sharing a breeze. Just drag and drop and you’re done. No need to email or use dropbox. Another amazing part of Slack is it’s ability to integrate with other tools. Slack allows for your sales leads, customer inquiries, even your business’s Twitter activity to show up in a Slack channel. Eliminating the need to have so many tabs open in your internet browser.
