Pass Types & Usage

Multi-use (long life): loyalty or membership cards that persist and can be updated; they renew monthly until deleted.

Single-use (short life): coupons, tickets, or passes used once and billed at issuance.

We count active multi-use passes for the billing month (created minus deleted during that month). Deleting a multi-use pass record stops future renewals.

For multi-use passes, deletion during the month reduces that month's active count. Single-use passes are charged at issuance and aren't affected by later deletion.

Monthly in arrears based on your usage. Your card is charged automatically and you'll receive an itemized invoice.

Any person who needs to log in to the PassKit account (admin or staff). Platform Fee tiers scale with the number of usernames.

You'll only pay the applicable Platform Fee and any active multi-use pass records in your account. If you delete all your multi-use pass records and issue no single-use pass records then your invoice will be just the Platform fee.

Your account is suspended and scheduled for deletion per our retention policy. Add a payment method before day 45 to keep the account.

PassKit is usage-based and billed monthly. There's no minimum term or pre-purchase—so we don't offer annual plans. You only pay for what you use.

We typically don't offer bespoke development. If you need integration or build services, we recommend engaging a local developer or agency. Our support team is always happy to assist your developers with technical questions.

Support and SLAs for our shared instances (pub1-Europe, pub2-US) are listed at passkit.com/legal. If you need a dedicated instance (additional fees), contact support@passkit.com.

We accept major credit/debit cards and bill in USD. Taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) are added where required. Enterprise customers can pay by ACH or wire transfer—email support@passkit.com for details.
